Retrospect of 2002

| | Comments (0)

I became 20, and no longer can be called a teen.
I had my first semester at college, and did pretty well at it.
I build my first computer, which took me a whole month to do.
I had my first kiss. And make that a french one. *grins*
I had my first boyfriend (non net.)
I had my first break-up (non net.)

I will think of more stuff later, I'm sure

Last Day of 2k2

Umm, yes, duh. Today is the last day of the year according to most modern calendars.

I will be writing 2002 on every bloody thing for about a month, before my brain catches up to the whole "hello! 2003!" deal.

Website

So, as of 12/28/02 I have an official Domain and website. Too bad nothing will work till today afternoon, when the DNS servers finally point to the right place. I am sure hoping they will.

Anywho, live's been nice and quiet latelly, I am on a break from school, and I am enjoying it. Well, except for the fact they have me working full time now *sighs*

In the upcomin weeks I'll try to
1. Work on my website
2. Get some exercise
3. And other stuff I can't think off because it's 2am and I should be sleeping

ZzZzZz *gone*

PS. since I am a dork, I forgot to mention new domain is marc2.com. Then again by the time most people read this, the blog is gonna be there so *shrugs*

Single Again

| | Comments (0)

Hmm, so as of about 8 o'clock this afternoon, I became single again. It was a friendly break up, mutual. He is getting engaged as part of his culture Jan 3, which was set up by his parents. We talked, and we are all good now. I will probably visit him as a friend, then I ever did as a boyfriend. All fine and dandy with me, he's a nice guy.

Ehh, I guess I am on the prowl again. *growls*

Merry X-mas

Yeay, we are all happy dappy now, I ate some time ago, and am getting ready to sleep. Everyone has already gone to bed, and we have to yet open the presents. We will do it tomorrow morning, and see what we got each other. I didn't do much shopping, buy my trusty sister, eliminated that need for me. I am 100% sure I will get clothing, *unenergetic woohoo*

Now, lemme go to sleep, so I am in full functioning condition tomorrow.

X-mas Eve

It does not really feel like chrismas eve. The decorations are up, and there are presents under the tree, but still. This chrismas is lacking that special sparkle that lights up the holidays. I can't quite pinpoint it, but it is something. Something at least for me. If I had the budget, things would be nicer, more jolly. I would be able to my my mom and sister a gift, and a worthy one at that. I can barelly pay the bills right now, it kinda sucks. Although, things always have a outlook for the better, and that is what I am hoping.

The happier side of things, is that we have delicious, nutricious, and yummilicious food cooking. That, definetly something that's spark up my holidays come time to eat.

Class is adjurned

Woohoo, just came home, after taking the last of my finals, I am very happy about it. I did pretty well for my first semester. Also, I sold some books back, and can use the cash to buy the new books for Jan 6 (new class year starts)

I am ready for some rest and relazation now, no more driving downtown early in the morning. I can now sleep in, and just lounge, when I am not working that is.

So, I'm just generally happy. That's all.

Studying for them Finals

| | Comments (0)

So, tomorrow (today in clock time) I have my finals for American Government and Critical Thinking. Those should not be that hard really, since they are quite simple and not comulative. I will know the results by next week hopefully. Also, I gotta sell my books back for some much needed cash. I of course, will get that cash, and apply towards the books of next semester. I will just have to wait and see how things go.

Will then, as always.

Again

Ok, as if the "Ohh Boy" wasn't just wonky, when I took the shuttle back, he was waiting for it at the second stop (there are 2 stops, one aroudn the corner from the other.) So, he ended up sitting across me. This was not by choice, but by the limited amount of seats avaliable. I did what I always do on the ride. I just stared out the window space between him and another guy. Which had nice green eyes btw, but anywho...

Weird eh?

Ohh boy

Funny little story, I saw this guy at the bus, coming to school. WEll it's more like a shuttle, but anways. We were looking at each other a bit, and after we got ofdff, we were going to the same location. The funny thing was, is that after he crossed me, he kept looking behind himlsef at me, and through the glass reflection at the door. Watch him just zip through the crowd was the funnies thing. Ehh, he was cute, what can I do right?

A Computer Story

| | Comments (0)

I got my new computer working all nice and wonderful. So, I went to reformat my mom's computer so I could hook them up together, and she could have net access. That was about 2 weeks ago, and everytime I went to work on it, I just had a limited amount of time. I formatted it without much of a hassle, but it would often freeze up on installation, or any other attempt to run the restore feature. Also, whever I tried to install windows XP I got weird errors. So I tried all possible methods I knew, except for opening up the computer.

Then obviously, I opened up the computer. When I did so, I found out that my CPU fan cable was unpugged, which is one of the only reasons weird random errors happened. Well, CPU malfunction is the actual reason. So I plugged it back in, ran the setup, and it all went fine and dandy, and now I got both computer working fine. So YEAY!!!

Now, lemme go back to my desk, and get ready to take a math test.
