I had a personal training session today. First, I do have to say, it was evil. Of course it was evil. Someone is there, while being helpful, pushing you, and not letting you slack. I wanted to slack, but no, "5 more, come on, 2 more, there we go."
It all went in one fuzzy stream. Since I didn't eat that well, I started getting heartburn in the middle of everything, and I was just feeling icky. I feel halfway dead at the moment.
Still, the trainer was good overall, and did a great job at pushing, and also let me figure out my pace.
Yes, most of the time being there, made me feel like my body was running on crappy fuel, thanks to my somewhat not so wonderful eating habits. It makes me want to eat better again, so I don't feel this sluggish at the gym.
