Hello everyone,
I will be moving to Georgia effective May 4 2008. That is the day I will be landing in ATL again.
I have had a great, wonderful time here in California, and had wonderful experiences, and met some amazing people. Alas, it is now time to prepare for the future, and I will be starting with new ideas in Georgia.
So, they have plans for me at my work.
I will become the main training guy. I will write guides, create videos, and provide support tools for the sites. Also, I will still be doing all my support duties. I sometimes will create reporting as needed.
This will bring my programming and learning ratio to almost negative numbers.
I am yearning to get out. Still, I will transition slowly. For now, I will take the job that has the potential of killing the rest of my skills. I will take the shift that threathens my ability to create what I love.
I will be on a search path to something new. I will be looking for something that calls me by first AND last name. I will look for something that makes me smile on the inside whenever I think about it. I might shift for something better on my way to something great.
It seems that I really need to sit down and have a talk with myself

I got bones

So, I thought that everything would start getting along well, but guess what, it is not.
That means, I will give it one month, and see how things go. If they get better, wonderful, if not, then I shall choose another path. I am not bound by any contract or in any manner, so I can do as I please.
Mind one, I will of course be considerate, and switch over all that is possible.
Still, for now I worry a bit.
Ohh, work, work, and work.
It's one of the primary things on my mind at the moment.
My boss has recently quit, and now there is a bit of disorganization in our department, which is fine, but it is still disrupting.
If things are handled well, then there will be happyness, and everyone will eventually get what they want. Aside from that, there is a chance that chaos will ensue, and noone will get what they want.
We shall see.

The view from up the hill
